Phase rotation (PHROT). ABC or ACB?

ABC PHROT is most common, however, ACB PHROT is NOT rare. Need to check before programing
the relay(s) or could still confirm with a phase rotation meter (on site) and update settings
appropriately.

It is hard to change wiring once done (possible with a lot of additional work) but easy to change
settings.
