Worldwide education of the spiritual and personal development of humankind.

2. Mission
True Path Foundation is an India based International Humanitarian Charity
Organization. It carries out human support action towards solving problems worldwide and
particularly for Education, Food, Medication, Clothes, Shelter and Sanitization. We focus on
providing humanitarian aid continuously, and sponsor the spiritual & personal education of
individual. True Path Foundation offers & aims to provide Education of Qur'an by protecting
people in accordance with Islamic and humanitarian values.

3. Our Services

A. True Path Aid

True Path Foundation primarily serves the people who are affected by the natural and
man-made disasters regardless of their cast, creed, religion and race globally.

B. Legal Aid within India

True Path Foundation have its own Legal Panel which is consisting of Advocates
from Trial Courts, High Courts & Apex Court. Our legal aid is available to the
suppressed and oppressed women, child & old-age people.

C. Modern Education
After completing the basic needs of the individual we are in existence to provide &
donate the modern education to the minorities of India and abroad.

D. Islamic Education
The foundation essentially promotes the values and culture of Islam through the
education of Qur'an along with the necessary fundamentals of Mohammadan Law.
When ethnic education mixed with modern education then it produces the ideal
individual for the society who also love to develop its resident country.

4. Our Achievement
True Path Foundation is currently providing its charitable services in the
countries of Middle East along with the region of United States of America, South
America, United Kingdom and Australia as well, we also have 500+ students from 25
states of India. We are successfully providing our humanitarian charitable and education
services with the help of 100+ volunteers of True Path Foundation serving in the
territories of India.

5. Our Ongoing Projects
I. No Hunger Death in the Holy month of Ramadan ("You Fast We Feed" Project)
100 Food Packets every day in the different cities of India in the Holy month of Ramadan and
New Clothes to the poor for Eid.

II. Building First True Path Mosque - In Uttarakhand there is a locality of Muslims
who are deprived of a mosque, we are purchasing land for mosque and we will
build it for them, InSha Allah.

III. Education of Qur'an to One Lakh People of Ummah in 2022 (All Online) InSha
Allah - True Path Foundation exists to provide the spiritual & personal
development of individual through the education of Qur'an.

True Path Foundation is doing humanitarian work since 2020 at ground level,
we are available to every person who requires our charitable services. We plans our
projects on papers and execute with proper administration and management under the
protection of our senior policy makers so that our proposed project should reach to the
last beneficiary aimed out there.

True Path Foundation is a Section 8 Company (registered under The
Companies Act, 2013) have seperate government license in this regard which is a Non-
Political and Non-Profit Organization. True Path Foundation possess Section 80G
Certificate from department of Central Board of Direct Taxes or Income Tax Department
of India.
Therefore, True Path Foundation can accept total amount of Income Taxes of
Individuals and Corporate firms and provide Section 80G invoices for tax rebates.

Apart from this it is an Islamic spiritual development organization which promotes education,
values and culture of Islam therefore one can also donate SADQAH, ZAQAT & FITRA.
