SUBJECT : Beat Inspection Report

DATE : 29 July 2012

1. That on or about 800H 23 July 2012, some personnel of this station composed
of PI JIMMY ETULLE FORTES, SPO4 Marissa Basiga, PO2 Jim Patoc, and PO1
Richard Cabillo conducted a patrol under the Magulkay Fly-over.

2. During the said patrol, two (2) motorcycles were apprehended for violation of
RA 4136 however all were released after having been issued a Temporary Operator
Permit.

3. The said patrol ended at about 1000H of the same date with no untoward
incident occurred.
