Good Afternoon everyone! To our respected guests, teachers, students and participants, good afternoon.

Thank you so much for taking some time off your busy schedule to join us here today.
Welcome to the Presentation of Quarterly School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment of the ETOM NHS
for the school year 2021-2022 Quarter 3.
We are here this afternoon for the Quarterly SMEA which enables the school to immediately address issues
and concerns before it emerges and to continuously develop and improve organizational performance for
efficient and effective fulfillment of the division mandate, and delivery of education services to achieve the
desired output and sustainability of Education outcomes.
Prayer and National Anthem:
So, without taking much of your time may I request everyone to please stand up for the prayer, followed by
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and then followed by the Bogo Hymn by the sound system.

Welcome Remarks:
Now with much honor, I would like to give the podium to our ever- dearest principal Mr. Cristopher Unabia to
formally welcome us all. A round of applause please.

At this point please help me welcome the Etom Nhs Faculty President and SMEA Coordinator, our very own,
