Service Management, IT Governance along with Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis and providing
Training.
 Under minimal direction, performed PM activities to enable project success, planning, estimation, reviews,
scheduling, monitoring, escalations and status reporting
 Preparation and analysis of various reports, such as head count report, revenue forecast utilization report,
profitability, revenue and cost analysis.

 Handled development / support projects & provided technical guidance to the team during identification of
tools, POCs, design & architecture review till the final delivery
