1. How did you come up with your project proposal?

What was your reasons of creating


the proposal?

As I was thinking of a possible project to create, I thought about what is currently


happening in our world right now, we are facing a pandemic, accidents happen every
day, people get sick and I always see these in the news, social media, and of course in
my own community. So questions like, are we ready to face these kind of situations
especially when we are clueless of what to do as we only have limited knowledge? What
do we need in order to survive uncertain events such as accidents? Do we know the
basic knowledge to apply if we or our loved ones are faced with unforeseen events?
Because honestly, I myself doesn’t have the confidence to help whenever things like this
happen as I only have limited knowledge of what First Aid is or how to appropriately
execute it. That is why, I came up with my project proposal entitled SAFE that stands for
Safety Aid for Forthcoming Emergencies which is a First Aid Seminar and Training in my
own Barangay.
