Paola: I saw the advert on linking, I was interested and from there I applied.

Paola: Well, the vacancy is for multimedia designer specifically Design and preparation of product
catalogue the company is Nestle which is a multinational in food products.

Estefania: That's right, let me tell you all about this vacancy and the profile we are looking for, is
that ok?

Paola: Yes, of course,

Estefania: We are offering, as you said, a Multimedia designer position, we are looking for a person
with a lot of imagination and creativity and with the necessary knowledge to develop each project of
the brand, regarding the position it requires 40 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday.
There is a probationary period of one month with a salary of $850; after successful completion of
this period, the salary will be $1700 per month. This position includes 21 days holiday per year and is
entitled to the benefits of permanent health insurance, gym allowance, online cusos and birthday
off. Do you have any questions so far?

Paola: Yes, what are the hours of the probationary period and can I work remotely from my
location?

Estefania: During the trial period, the working hours are from 9am to 5:00pm, with one hour for
lunch. After this period, you can choose your own schedule, the important thing is to complete 40
hours per week. And on the other hand, nowadays with the virtual world we can work from
anywhere in the world, the important thing is to comply with schedules and projects, the rest we can
discuss to see the issue of recruitment in your country.

Poala: Yes, that's right. When I finished my Multimedia Production studies, I felt very interested in
illustration, so I decided to take some classes to improve my level. I enrolled at the University of
Guajira to continue with my profession where I learned, Photoshop advanced level, WebDesign
intermediate to advanced level, Administration and production for social networks.

Estefania: In your CV you say that you have worked in commercial Nutresa, is that correct?

Paola: Yes, that's correct.

Estefania: How was the experience of working for them? What did you learn from that experience?

Paola: Well, it was wonderful! I started working for commercial Nutresa when I had just finished my
studies at SENA. Thanks to that job I learned the importance of design and preparation of the
product catalogue as well as everything related to social media posts to create brand awareness. A
ten years later, I started working for Ciledco and it was a unique experience; there I learned to work
in a team and under pressure.

Estefania: Why did you stop working for them?

Paola: I stopped working for them because I had fixed-term contracts. They hired me to support a
special project.
