EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This aspect discusses the effect of the proposed business to its customers, suppliers, and

the government.

Presents the benefits of RESUS to its customers, suppliers, environment, and the

government.

Discusses about the advantage of the customers, community, environment, supplier, and

government from the proposed business.

This aspect also focuses on the government agencies involved for the business

registration and for complying the requirements in starting the business.

IMPACT STATEMENT
Socio-Economic Aspects

Apart from seeking to earn a profit from their target market, RESUS also thinks of how it

will create impact to its economy and most especially, environment.

As an industrial business, the ReSus Newsprint Company operates in an environment

where the company doesn’t only produce newsprints, but promotes recycling through printing

flyers that advocates environmental awareness, using the paper from the company’s product

itself. The company also ensures proper disposal of waste especially the chemical wastes from

certain processes to help protect the physical environment.

The main objective of RESUS is to satisfy the suppliers with the offered products in

order for them to purchase again. Aside from that, there are designated requisites and

responsibilities that the company will comply for its operations to continue—the obligatory tax

payment, for this will help the government fund for the government’s financial needs that will be

shown through the improvement of the society, and renewal of environmental permits, to ensure

that this industrial company is following the ordinances.

BENEFITS TO THE VARIOUS SECTORS

RESUS assures that not only its target market will be satisfied as they receive the

product. This section will enumerate the proposed industrial company’s effect on the consumer,

supplier, community, government, and environment.

CONSUMER
Socio-Economic Aspects

The fundamental goal will always be the customer’s satisfaction of a company’s product.

RESUS is designed to align and answer the needs of the consumers. Feedbacks are always open

for them to improve the company’s efficiency, as well as the product’s quality.

SUPPLIER

The suppliers of the waste papers and equipment to be used by the company would

benefit more than the others. Besides, the suppliers can make the proposed industrial business as

a form of advertisement.

COMMUNITY

Opening an industrial business means seeking for manpower to manage and operate the

plant’s systems, which can create more job opportunities in the community. Therefore, the

community can also benefit from it.

GOVERNMENT

The government will earn monetary value from the proposed industrial business due to its

initial payments (e.g. clearances, business permit, fire and building permits, plan approval from

the government’s establishment-related agencies), down to yearly business renewal. Taxes paid

by the company will contribute to the community’s development.

ENVIRONMENT

As paper remains one of the top contributors of waste, if people will stop the practice like

burning of paper and letting it dump in the landfills, there will be less paper waste, and less risk

of air and soil pollution.
