analysis.

The agreement should be formed on mutual respect on all sides, with improvements that
would even enhance our health care system. This system has to be modified since the expenditures are
rising but do not result in an overall improvement in public health. The disagreements need to be set to
the side, and rather, the solutions ought to originate from the ground they share. In order to arrive at a
mutually agreeable solution, consensus-building and collaborative problem solving should include a
wide variety of diverse parties and actors who play a vital role in PPACA. In the last four years, several
issues affecting society in relation to the PPACA statute have become apparent. The resolution of a
problem can only provide outcomes that are acceptable to all parties concerned if there is a diverse
range of individuals participating. Everyone should be participating, including actors from the
government, actors from both political parties, actors from businesses, and actors from the other
categories stated above. First, they should express their difficulties in order to identify the differences,
and then the identification of the participants should be carried out so that every players will have a
representative who is legal and authentic. After that, the process is developed by describing the issue
and doing an analysis so that a solution to the problem may be based on those results. To develop a
solution that is acceptable to the majority of people for such a complicated healthcare policy it will need
time and input from specialists in a variety of sectors.
