I am pleased to write this letter of commendation , on behalf of myself and my entire Operations team I
express our collective gratitude for your lecture during the just completed Engineering Conference, it was
quite a practical and enlightening lecture, as it has really brought in to perspective some key points that we
at DAMAC Properties consider to be not only useful but also cost effective.

My team and I have gone through your proposed modification and alternatives, and we have found them to
be extremely practical and applicable, going by your alterations to Onsite operations and Alternating Power
sources we have been able to cut down a surprisingly significant amount in the cost of construction and
also a near dramatic cut in the power usage which ultimately drives down the entire cos of prospective
projects.

This brings me to the reason for this letter, I had a meeting with the management of my company and we
discussed at length as to how productive it would be to have you on our team of consultants, I understand
that you are retiring soon and also this comes in so short notice, but also we are currently the largest
growing real estate companies in the Middle East and we have been tasked with transforming Dubai, we
are also the construction force behind most of the edifices surrounding the United Arab Emirates.

We are proposing that you conduct a 4 day intensive training on the same topics you lectured on at the
conference, with more emphasis on cost control and application of renewable energy from 9th - 12th of May,
as we believe that an implication of your ideas will immensely steer our company in a new cost effective
direction, and also make the planet a safer space to live in. We are willing to discuss the financial
modalities of getting you to spearhead this training. In the event that you honour our invitation and proposal,
our logistics team will be on standby to correlate the appropriate information to you.

In anticipation of a favourable reply I want to once again commend your attention to detail and your
willingness to impact game changing innovations to our community of developers.
