3D Printing with Cura: A Step-by-Step Guide

The document describes an experiment to 3D print a .stl file using Cura slicing software and an FDM 3D printer. Key steps included designing a 3D model in Autodesk Fusion 360, saving it as an STL file, importing it into Cura, setting slicing parameters including a 0.4mm nozzle, PLA material, 53 minute print time, 60C bed and 250C nozzle temperatures, slicing the file, and 3D printing it in layers. The purpose of slicing software is to convert models into instructions for the 3D printer by separating the object into many layers.
