You are not even married and now you wanna die you

listen fool, you can become that if you have that passion.
Look we have our own passion and interests. And that
makes all of us different giving each of us different
identities.
Aarush: You need not to follow the crowd and go for
ordinary when you can be extraordinary. Don’t be
influenced by people. Let them do their job and you
should perform yours.
Shreyansh: Yeah!!!!
Harsh: So just move your soul towards your passion. Do
each ordinary thing in extraordinary ways. Chase
excellence and guess what… you will find success
chasing you….
Aarush: So my boy, start again with all efforts and don’t
ever give up. Your passion will lead your way further and
pave a strong road for success.
Harsh: And why to worry brother, look it’s third attempt
of mine and Aarush but still we had not give up cause you
know what.. losers give up.. not fighters..
Aarush: And now even we are going to follow our
passion cause its only thing that ignites you to get the job
done!!!

Shreyansh's peers played a crucial role in providing emotional support during critical moments. During his farewell party, despite feeling low, his friends provided him with happiness and a sense of belonging, which temporarily uplifted his spirits . Later, after his failed exam attempt and suicide attempt, his friends Aarush and Harsh intervened, offering a new perspective on persistence and resilience. They encouraged him to pursue his passion for app development and not let setbacks define his identity, ultimately preventing him from giving up .

Shreyansh's interactions revealed themes of neglect and inclusion. His feeling of neglect stemmed from familial dynamics where his brother Daksh seemed to receive more privileges and parental support, leading to feelings of secondary importance and exclusion . Conversely, his peers provided a sense of inclusion and belonging, as shown when his friends encouraged him during difficult times, reinforcing the importance of peer support and emotional inclusion. His peers' proactive support countered the neglect he felt from his family, highlighting the dichotomy between familial neglect and peer inclusion .

Shreyansh's story highlights the profound psychological effects of perceived parental favoritism, which led to feelings of neglect and secondary importance. His perception that his brother, Daksh, received more privileges resulted in low self-esteem and heightened sensitivity to inequities in attention and support from his parents. This perception exacerbated his emotional distress and contributed to his drastic decision to attempt suicide. The resolution of his conflict, when his family eventually recognized and supported his ambitions, underscores the importance of equitable parental attention in mitigating these psychological effects and fostering a healthier emotional environment .

The interactions between Shreyansh and his seniors Aarush and Harsh exemplify the critical role of mentorship and guidance. Initially, when Shreyansh faced bullying, Aarush and Harsh intervened, demonstrating protective and advisory roles typically associated with mentors . Later, during Shreyansh's emotional crisis, their guidance helped reframe his perspective on failure and success. By encouraging him to pursue his passion and reject societal pressures, Aarush and Harsh exemplified mentorship by offering emotional support and strategic advice, emphasizing resilience and personal growth, ultimately influencing Shreyansh’s development positively .

Communication played a pivotal role in resolving the conflicts between Shreyansh and his family. Initially, Shreyansh's ambitions were met with skepticism due to perceived financial and academic limitations, resulting in conflict and emotional distance. Daksh's intervention through communication helped bridge this gap, as he advocated for Shreyansh's educational pursuits, leading to a familial consensus and eventual support for Shreyansh's studies. This shift illustrates how open dialogue can mediate and resolve conflicts by addressing underlying concerns and fostering mutual understanding .

Shreyansh faced familial pressure to remain at home due to the financial constraints after his brother Daksh's studies, leading to a lack of perceived support for his ambitions to become an app designer. His parents initially resisted his plans due to the cost of coaching and other expenses. Eventually, his brother Daksh advocated for him, suggesting a study loan as a feasible option, which led the family to support Shreyansh's educational aspirations. This change in family support helped alleviate the pressure Shreyansh felt and enabled him to pursue his dreams .

Societal expectations significantly influenced Shreyansh's educational and career aspirations. The pressure to pursue traditionally respected paths, such as his brother's successful entry into a dream college, made Shreyansh's choice to become an app designer appear less viable to his parents. His mother's concern about the difficulty of app design reflects a societal bias towards traditional academic achievements. Shreyansh's struggle highlights the tension between individual ambitions and societal norms, which often prioritize established, secure career paths over emerging fields like technology and app development .

Shreyansh's journey illustrates that resilience and a growth mindset are crucial for overcoming personal challenges. Despite familial financial constraints and initial discouragement from pursuing his interests, Shreyansh displayed resilience by continuing to express his desire to study app design. After failing an exam and a suicide attempt, the encouragement from friends helped him adopt a growth mindset, focusing on passion and perseverance rather than succumbing to failure. This shift in mindset, supported by resilient action plans like taking study loans and learning from setbacks, underscored the transformative power of resilience .

Shreyansh's experiences with peers critically influenced his personal development and future outlook by providing emotional support and challenging his self-doubt. His interactions at the farewell party showed initial peer encouragement that lifted his spirits when he felt low. Later friendships, such as with Aarush and Harsh, were crucial after his exam failure and subsequent emotional distress. These peers encouraged him to adopt a resilient mindset and focus on his passions instead of societal pressures. Their support played a pivotal role in Shreyansh's decision to continue pursuing his goals, ultimately reshaping his future outlook with a focus on personal growth and resilience .

Shreyansh's experiences reflect broader themes of identity, ambition, and self-worth in a competitive academic environment. Navigating familial expectations and peer dynamics, Shreyansh grappled with establishing his identity against the backdrop of academic and societal pressures. His ambition to become an app designer clashed with his family's financial limitations and traditional views on career success, leading to a crisis of self-worth exemplified by his suicidal ideation after academic failure. However, with peer support, he began redefining his identity based on personal passions rather than societal expectations, showcasing the transformative potential of resilience and a supportive community in nurturing self-worth amidst competitive pressures .
