I have undergone in the MARUTI METAL INDUSTERY. Here is a report

Advertising is a means of communication with
the users of a product or service. Advertising is a powerful communication force
and vital marketing tool helping to sell goods, services, images, and ideas through
channel of information and persuasion.
It is highly visible force in the society. It is essential
to the success of any type of business and industry. It is one of the parts of the
marketing and communication process. Advertising convince people to buy
products. All advertising contains both information and persuasion.
In today’s world advertising is a marketing,
communication, Information, Persuasion, and Public-relation process.
Advertising reaches through a channel of communication referred to as a
medium. It is usually aimed at a particular segment of the population the target
audience.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
1. Raw Material
All incoming raw materials are purchased under strict specifications
from approved suppliers. Scrapped rolls, purchased from customers, are fully
scrutinized before usage. Scrap consist of recyclable materials left over from
product manufacturing and consumption, such as a parts of vehicles, building
supplies, and surplus materials. Unlike waste, scrap has monetary value,
especially recovered metals, and non- metallic materials are also recovered for
recycling.
2. Melting
Raw material are cast into shapes by melting them into a liquid,
pouring the raw material into a mold and removing the mold material after the
metal has solidified as it cools.

3. Rod
Metal rod means which come out from melting of
scraps and it is being heated at higher temperature. It is hold by extractor by the
workers. They are provided safety gloves and some heat resistance helmets so
they can work easily and safely. They are long in size.

4. Turning
Turning is a metal cutting process for producing
a cylindrical surface with a single point tool. The rod is rotated on a spindle and
the cutting tool is fade into it radially, axially or both. The spindle rotates at high
speed, providing the energy to cut the material. Turning is used to create
rotational parts by cutting away unwanted materials.
5. Punching & Hole Thread
It is a metal fabricating process that removes a
scrap slug from the metal workpiece each time a punch enters the punching die.
This process leaves a hole in the metal work piece. The punch diameter
determines the size of the hole created in the work piece. A scrap slug from the
hole is deposited into the die in the process. depending on the material being
punched this slug maybe recycled and reused. Hole thread is the process of
adjusting the different holes in the metal work piece that made for circulate the
air.
6. Slotting
It is the process of working with metals to create
individual parts. The main aim of slotting is to differentiate the products between
defaulted products, and good products. By using this company can clearly defined
the faulty products and the end products which are going to sale in the market.
Finished products are directly sold to the customers and the faulty products are
again sent in manufacturing process.

Packaging is to wrap up the goods in a way that
