Dear Madam,
I am Allia M. Lopez, a 4th year student of Bachelor of Science in Management Accountancy
program. I would like to humbly ask your good office to please approve my letter to allow me to enroll 3
units in a tutorial basis this sy 2021-2022 summer. I am not allowed to take these subjects on a regular
or overload basis due to the unit restrictions per semester, my last option is to request for a tutorial in
order for me to finish my academic subject accordingly and graduate on the first semester of SY 2022-
2023.
