OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:


 Analyzing the problem faced by the customers.
 Collecting the database and give feedback to the company.
 Analyzing the offers given by the More retail store.
 Analyzing products availability of the customers.
 Analyzing the satisfaction level of customer towards More retail store.
2 weeks report
1. Daily I went to the store at 5 pm to 8 pm.
2. Learned about the prices of the More retail store products by comparing
with other stores .
3. Here there is no other retail store like more
4. Prices are equal but some products like vegetables and plastic products
prices are high by comparing other places.
5. I took feedback from More retail store customers through the
questionnaire
6. There are 13 employees are worked in the retail store they have two shifts
Timings are 7 am to 5 pm.
12 am to 11pm.
7. Also took feedback from employees who are working in the retail store.
8. I took 56 customers feedback till today.

4. Personal care and Cosmo.
5. Fruit and vegetables.

7. Home needs and home up.
