r the State of New York. Earned the Top Partnership Achievement Award for 2009 a

nd their Exclusive Agent Partners. Sold $1.4 million worth of Prudential Annuiti
es from March 2009 to March 2010.
My role was to meet each prospect either by phone or in a face-to-face meeting.
Used life insurance to solve issues regarding risk management and legacy plannin
g. Used mutual funds and annuities as the primary investment tools to solve issu
es related to retirement planning, and investment advice. Worked with the client

Entrepreneur
Owned 50% of a company whose net profit exceeded $100,000. The company produced
a hockey shinguard strap made of neoprene and Velcro which became used by Womens
Team USA, Team Canadas Mens Inline Hockey Team, and 75% of the Division I-III h
ockey programs in the United States. The list of clientele included a number of
players in the National Hockey League (NHL), sporting goods stores, hockey prosh
ops, and retailers across the United States and Canada. Stiekboy Products, Inc.
was started in 1993. In 1998, ITECH Sports Products, Inc., bought the licensing
rights to the product and sold it across the United States and Canada. The compa
ny is currently known as Bauer since they took over Mission-ITECH in September o
f 2008. The royalty deal between Stiekboy Products and ITECH expired in 2003.
My role was to develop and execute a long-term and short-term marketing strategy
, aid in the design of the product and company logo, create marketing campaigns,
identify and participate in trade shows, sell product to corporations and small
businesses, find and sell to new markets, handle customer service issues, budge
t oversight, analyze pricing strategy, quarterly reconciliations, negotiate pate
nt rights with Body Glove International, negotiate cost of manufacturing with in
ternational manufacturers in Canada, Philippines, and China, and negotiate the t
erms of the licensing rights agreement with ITECH Sports Products.

Founder of "Staffworks Presents Riggiefest" which raised $40,000 of charitable n
et profits for the YWCA of the Mohawk Valley in 2010. Over 2,000 people attend t
he event annually which is going into its 6th year and is receiving notoriety fr
om the Food Network.
Head Coach of the Learn-to-Skate Hockey program in New Hartford, New York. Taug
ht 85 children ages 3-7 how to skate in the 2009-2010 Program. Youth hockey coac
h since 2004. USA Hockey Certified since 2007.
Board Member of the Community Foundations Grants Committee, 2006-2009. The Grant
s Committee sifted through hundreds of applications to grant money to community-
improving organizations, agencies, associations, and efforts. Each year our comm
ittee gave out over $2.5 million in grants to plant seeds in our community.
Member of the Mohawk Valley Frontiers since 2000. The Mohawk Valley Frontiers is
the local chapter of a national organization called Frontiers International. Th
e groups members are primarily African-American and service underprivileged chil
dren and elderly in the Utica-Rome areas. The group provides scholarships for lo
cal high school students, sponsors trip to colleges that prospective students ma
y not other-wise be able to afford, and provides Thanksgiving Dinners for the el
derly. I successfully applied for and achieved the 501c3 status for local chapte
r in 2002 as the former 2nd Vice President.
