I. Objectives
At the end of the 60-minute session, the students will be able to:
a. understand how to write Business and Technical Report
b. craft a business and technical report; and
c. appreciate the importance of business and technical report.

III. Procedure
A. Preparatory Activities
1. Classroom Routine
Prayer
Greetings
Attendance
2. Motivation. The teacher will group the students into 4 groups, and
they will play “puzzle me.” Each group will have an article cut into
phrases or words, and the students will collaborate with their groups to
puzzle the article. They will be given 1 minute to work on it with their
groups, and after the puzzle on the board, the group will read it. The
first group who will finish the task will be the winner.
B. Lesson Proper
1. Activity (4 pic-1word)
a. The class will be divided into 4 groups to play “4PIX-1WORD”
through a sentence (I love you Babe). They will recite the
sentence word by word; they will group according to the same
word they have uttered. Afterward, the teacher will post the
following pictures. In their group, they will collaborate and guess
the particular word that the picture is trying to convey. There is
only two word to describe the projected image. The first group to
give the correct answer will get 20 points and will receive a
prize. Only 2 minutes to do the game.
Writing and Reporting
2. Analysis
The teacher will ask the following questions:
a. How were you able to come up with the answer?
b. What were your guides into arriving to the answer?
c. What are the similarities in the projected pictures?
d. From the hint given, how will you determine it?
e. In business, what do you call those things that will help
businessman/woman in giving the report?
3. Abstraction

4. Application
a. The students will watch video about business meeting. They
will be group into 5 and they will craft a business and technical
report from the video they watch.

IV. Evaluation.
a. Essay. How important are a business and technical report?
b. At least 1 paragraph.
c. The students will write their answer on a ½ sheet of paper.
V. Assignment
Instruction: Make your own business and technical report. Write in on a
1 whole sheet of paper.
