1. I will create harmony between text and accessibility.

Because arrangement of the


contents, the colors and fonts used and other minute details provide a way of
communication between the visitor and the website owner. Text formation builds
personality, convey a message, and grab the viewer's attention. Accessibility on
the other hand, will make the website with no system-related barriers allowing
users to perceive, navigate, understand and interact with the system effortlessly.
1. I gave a perfect score in value and appropriateness because a myriad of viewers
visiting the DOH website's primary reason must be to garner reliable and updated
information which is shown and highly prioritize by the Department of Health.
However, it would have been great if they have also given importance to the
overall appearance of the information presented because the imbalance between
colors, shapes, and white spaces somehow lessens the attributes of the website.
2. Years ago, to keep up with news and information, you had to walk down to the
newsstand when it opened in the morning or stream down news reports on
television loaded in between with long advertisements. But once upon a time,
websites and other ICT content fasten and revolutionize the way information is
disseminated all over the world. It created a pathline where convenience,
opportunities, and effectiveness can be easily accessed.
I will be conscious on the way I presented the text in my overall website involving its
fonts, sizes and clarity. Because a lot of times viewers are in a hurry to be informed and
don't care much about the graphics, they just go through the textual content. This is
because, texts are the major sources of information -- the primary tool that helps
developer to convey their goals.
