word by minus and adding letter/s to find the answers. Guess the word and have fun.
Challenging word puzzles will light up the lesson for this module. If the student finds
the word/s, they will raise their hands and say his/her answer.

C. Review

The learners will be asked by the teacher of what they have learned from the previous
discussion about the performance assessment.

D. Learning Activities

a. Activity

“Quescussion”

Along the discussion, the teacher and students may ask questions and they will discuss
it. It’s like a standard class discussion but only questions are allowed (students call
“Statement!” if someone slips up). If you play this game at the beginning of the course,
the questions can help shape your course. If you have students both in the room and
calling in from a distance, make sure the remote learners get equal airtime and that
your audio system is picking up student voices clearly.

b. Analysis

The teacher will ask question to the student randomly and ask for their opinion and
give own experience or situation using the authentic performance task examples.

c. Abstraction

1. Presentation of PowerPoint

d. Application

Create authentic performance tasks using the following G.R.A.S.P.S tool.

IV. Evaluation

Write a short explanation about how important an effective authentic performance task
is.
