Hello everyone, Good Evening to all of you.

I am Surojit
Mondal, a successful teacher as I think. Today I am shearing
with you the story behind my success. We all know, Teacher
is the foundation pillar of a successful society. Great Teaching
is important to children’s success. In education, it is not
always easy to define the terms, ’good teacher’ and ’great
teaching’. When I entered into the teaching profession 7 year
ago, I knew I wanted to be a good teacher. I started to list in
my mind some qualities and criteria of a good teacher, and
began to realize the complexity of the questions: ‘What
makes a ‘good teacher’? How do teachers improve the
quality of their teaching? I am a teacher as God has chosen
clearly to use me to teach children and youth. God has not
only gifted me in ways of teaching, but has helped my life to
prepare for teaching. I actually really wanted to be a teacher
during my childhood. I have a speciality in mathematics
subject. In my teaching profession I am really satisfied, I have
helped those students who has not only mathematics
problem but also calculation sense. Some of those students
who have failed in their maths paper last year, they took
admission in my tuition, and I have given them proper
guidance so that they can pass in their paper. And really, I
was so happy that in the end of the year they all got a highest
mark in math paper.
4 years ago, I have taken a responsibility of a student and it
was a HS examination and I am really proud that I made her
first in her School... It was made me really feel good... I think
my success is in my student’s achievement... Thank you.
