Good afternoon Miss Sonia and colleagues, I will now introduce you to my project.

I chose the first option:

something I am passionate about and what I am most passionate about is baking. So let's go!

How did baking start in me?

Well, since I was a little girl, my mother always baked cakes or simply vanilla cupcakes, she taught me how to make
them when I was 10 years old (in fact, the cake in the picture was made by my mother for my sixth birthday).

For a few years, it was just a hobby, I didn't take it seriously, I only baked once or twice every 6 months.

The real passion started later, in the year two thousand and eighteen, when the loss of a loved one occurred, my
brother passed away.

I felt very sad for a long time, until the bakery saved me. From then on, baking became important to me.

I remember that at the beginning I only had a small hand mixer and a mould, then I started making cakes and selling
them (especially to people in my neighbourhood), and with that I was able to buy more moulds and an electric
mixer, and so, over the years I increased my equipment. Even before the pandemic, I used to sell cakes, chocotejas,
brownies and alfajores at the university, but unfortunately, I couldn't continue for obvious reasons.

When the pandemic started, it was very hard for my whole family, but little by little we continued to face life. During
the pandemic, although I could no longer sell cakes because of the COVID infections, I was in charge of baking all the
birthday cakes and snacks in my family, and that makes me very happy. It makes me very happy to make other
people happy, especially in those difficult times we had gone through.

Now I will show you some of the desserts I have prepared:

- Here for my little sister's fourth birthday I made her a little mermaid themed cake.

- My pet Toño turned three years old so I made him a cake.

- I made him a cake for my grandma's birthday.

- Here is my aunt's 50th birthday, I made the cake, desserts and some snacks.

- Here was my little sister's fifth birthday, I also made her cake and desserts.

- Here Toño was four years old, I made him a cake with some alfajores. It's very difficult to take pictures of him.

- For my little sister's first grade graduation I made a cake and some desserts.

- I made a strawberry cake for Mother's Day.

- For my cousin Maria Fernanda I made a cake for her fourteenth birthday and many desserts for her fifteenth
birthday.

- I made my best friend a chocolate cake (her favourite flavour).

- I made a cake for my dad and my little brother (both have the same birthday in the same month).

- For my nineteenth birthday I made a very nice cake, In fact, Tuesday is my twentieth birthday but I don't know if I
will make a cake yet because I finish my classes that day, I just want to sleep and wait for the new semester at the
university.

- This picture is from a picnic we organized with my friends and I made the biscuits and brownies that appear in the
pictures.

Nowadays, although the pandemic is still going on, the contagion is not so bad, that's why I've started to prepare
desserts much more often. In fact, tomorrow Saturday is the birthday of a friend of mine whom I love very much and
I will prepare a coffee cake for him (it is his favourite flavour) and also some small bites such as mini pies, alfajores
and empanaditas.

And that's all, thank you very much for listening and paying attention. Bye.
