I have just been on holiday with my friends in Amsterdam. We stayed a week there. We
stayed in a small cheap hotel.
At first, we visited monuments and museums, and we were able to know the city and its
charm. Then, in the evening, we went shopping on the most famous street there, called “The
Negen Straatjes”.
Each day we went to dinner at the hotel, but on the fourth night we decided to have dinner
at a well-known restaurant. It is true that it was a bit expensive, but all the food was
delicious. Stamppot, bitterballen or poffertjes are some of the food that we tasted. Then, we
went to a concert and we met some lovely people. As soon as we met them, my friend Laura
fell in love with one of them. Next, we were invited to a party.
Eventually, we had to return to Spain and my friend was very sad. .The boy from Amsterdam
and Laura decided to meet again. So, now, he has come to visit us with his friends in Spain.
This trip is the most interesting I have ever done. I would do this trip again if I had the
chance.
