Learning Process Observation Checklist

M&E Form 2: Learning Process Observation and Facilitation Skills 

This form is to be used during the actual delivery of a program. A Process Observer will need to be
assigned to complete the Learning Process Observation for each session. Results should be used to
inform daily debriefing sessions. At the end of this Form is a Checklist of Facilitation Skills which may be
observed and recorded.   

The Learning Process Observation is accompanied by a list of Facilitation Skills which may be observed.
