o Pharmacy
Pharmacy in the hospital provides clinical and non-clinical services. Pharmacists
prepare, store, compound and dispense medicines needed by the patient. The main
goal of a hospital pharmacy is to keep track of how pharmaceuticals are used in
hospitals. To improve patient outcomes, goals include pharmaceutical selection,
prescription, procurement, delivery, administration, and review. When using any
medicine, it is critical to verify that the correct patient, dose, method of
administration, time, drug, information, and paperwork are followed.
o Outpatient
An outpatient department is a section of a hospital dedicated to the treatment of
outpatients, or persons with health problems who do not require hospitalization
that will last for a day or night.
o Laboratory
