Thank you for your purchase, this sheet goes over the Terms Of Service here at
Ferious Development. Please be sure to read this document and keep for your
records.
Using the product, you automatically agree to follow the terms set by Ferious. Failure to do so may result
in a temporary or permanent ban, as well as forbidding any future requests. Remember, there are NO
REFUNDS on any product unless a major issue is found within multiple clients.
1. This product is to not be ripped nor modified in any way, we will
only sell LOCKED models, please don't ask for an unlocked variant.
2. Designs & Mods made by “Ferious Development” are not intended to be
used for “FiveM” nor do models come as FiveM resources. Mods are
made towards the LSPDFR framework for Grand Theft Auto V, if you
decide to use any products for FiveM,that is at the user’s
discretion. We will not provide any support on how to install into
FiveM.
3. Any products from “Ferious Development” are not to be
redistributed,leaked, nor formatted in any way.
4. Please don't charge back on any payments. If so, you will be
banned.
5. If you plan to give any products to a friend or a developer, please
keep in mind if the files were to ever get
leaked/redistributed/formatted in any way and are traced back to
you, you will be banned!
6. Do not take credit for this product,if you plan to skin, or
showcase any product, please give appropriate credits to the
creator “Ferious”.
Breaking any of the listed terms above is not permitted, doing so will lead to
an immediate ban from “Ferious Development” and a full STT report will be made.
