Dimensions: 650 x 310 x 118 mm
Loading area dimensions: 490 x 265 mm
High of loading area: 70 mm
Weight: cca 1100 g

Swinging axles.
Designed for carrying 3Dsets cars (model 1-7).
Towbar can be mounted on models 1-6.
Fully functional jockey wheel and hitch.
Incl. loading rails, storable in trailer.
Lights prepared for 3mm LED.
About 126 h of print time.
Standard size printer needed (Prusa MK2/3, Ender 3 etc.)

What do you need?
● Print filament: To print this model you will need around 1000 g of print filament in total. For spring
lock (PP5) we recomended to use PET-G filament (about 1g needed). Jockey wheel tire can be
printed with TPU filament (2g needed), but PLA version also works good. For the frame (incl. hitch
and jockey wheel) you will need about 411g of print filament,for the rails - 422g (silver), for fenders -
49g (black), axles - 59g (black), lights and electronics accessories - 24g black, 1g white, 1g orange,
1g red
● Ball bearing 10x15x4 mm - 6700ZZ: 12 pcs.: Aliexpress: Bearings or Hobbyking: Bearings
● Wheels with tires, dia. cca 56-60mm (max. 63mm with small axle swing tilt limitation - tires of this
size may rub against the fenders at the greatest axle tilt), wide: cca 24mm (max 26mm), 12mm hex
mount: Hobbyking Wheels (recomended, tested), Aliexpress wheels (untested), Aliexpress Wheels
(with possible axle swing tilt limitation - untested)

OPTIONAL:
● 3mm LED for lights: 2pcs. red, 2pcs. white, 2pcs. orange
● connector (8 pin recomended): connector car side, connector trailer side
● wires for LED and connector connection
Warning: electronics assembly is not described in this manual.

● M4 square nut (flat): 1pc. the thickness of the nut must be max. 2mm

NOTE: shape of screw head doesn´t matter, except red highlited ones.

Do not tight the bolts too much, the rail locks must move freely.

the [Link] file, which can
be used to create bungee
cords to secure the load.
The hook simply snaps into
the holes in the rails, and
has got a hole to insert
bungee cord.
