REFLECTION

Having our Virtual Webinar – workshop had really help us to understand a

deeper understanding of theories and principles that could apply to our future
career. Learning about how to facilitates learning and employ teaching methods
using different types of instructional materials.
During our Webinar we had lot of topics that had been discussed, these are
about Supplementary Learning Module and IM’s Making, Art of Questioning,
Assessment Tools, Lesson Planning and DepEd Forms.
Whereas, these topics are important to our part as a future educator. I
realized that in making modules there is a concept and its learning competency
from the DepEd curriculum guide, same with the Lesson plan that it is necessary to
include the contents, learning and performance competencies together with its
codes as well as the specific objectives and also the 4A’s.
Aside from that, I have learned that in making Constructing questions there
is a level of questions whereas it utilizes the Bloom’s Level of Questioning the
higher order thinking skills and lower order thinking skills. Also, when it comes to
assessing students’ knowledge and understanding, there are various assessments
tools to be employ such as multiple choices, essay, binary test, and etc. Whereas,
there’s a lot of consideration and principle in order to measure and evaluate
students’ performance.
Furthermore, I have also learned about the DepEd school forms for
Secondary Education which composed of SF 1 - 10 forms that the teacher should
fill out and accomplish at the end of a school year.
Thus, these topics give me ideas on how to write, where to start, and what to
include in making modules, lesson plan, and assessment tools for my future
students. And it is worth to remember.
