This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to activate your Maxon One Subscription.

Get the Promo Code from your Order

If you have already closed the window with your Order Details Page, you can still access it by following
the steps below:

a. Go to your WebStore, sign in and click on the arrow beside your username (top-right corner), and
then click Your Account/Orders.
b. Click the View Details button next to the order to see the promo code for Maxon One.

Activate Promo Code and Create a MyMaxon Account

1. Follow the link provided by OnTheHub to Maxon’s store.

2. Enter the promo code provided by OnTheHub. This will reduce the license cost to just the service
fee.
3. Click Checkout.

4. Enter Billing and Payment Info, and complete the purchase.
Note: charges will appear on your statement as DR MAXON COMPUTER or Digital River.
You will be charged applicable VAT / Sales Tax.

5. Visit [Link] to download installers (this link is also provided


in the confirmation email you’ll receive).
6. You will need to download separate installers for Cinema 4D and Redshift, as well as the Red
Giant Application Manager.

7. Standard installation for Cinema 4D.

8. After launching Cinema 4D you will be prompted to sign in to MyMaxon.


9. Your Maxon One license will be automatically activated. If it is not, click “Switch To”.

10. Launch Red Giant Application Manager, and sign in via a Maxon Account.
11. After signing in, you will see Subscription under each licensed tool.
12. Click Install next to each tool you wish to install. Each tool’s dedicated installer will download and
launch. Complete the installation process.
