which i greatly appreciated for confirmed the the content of 16 items of the questionnaire for this study.

Expert Validity Check Form

1. A panel of experts is required to evaluate each of the items based on three evaluation scales

based on Lawshe (1975) namely:

• Scale 1: Not Necessary

• Scale 2: Useful But Not Important

• Scale 3: Very Important

2. The expert panel will make corrections based on context, sentence content, language adjustment and
word types.
