Wish you all a very happy new year. Thank you all for the ongoing on our Plant Pals project. We have done very well and will strive to do better.

I wish to invite you all to our core team meeting scheduled on 21 Jan 2022 at 3 pm. The location will be the conference room.
As you are aware our team conducted a 4-week survey on the Plant Pals project about our product and service.
We have achieved survey results of two weeks. Three issues regarding our product quality, delivery timelines and customer service have come to attention.
Closing: Attached is the meeting agenda with the points to discuss. It will be helpful if we could collectively discuss solutions to the issues that have come to light
so corrections can be made before the next shipment. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to me. Request you all to confirm attendance by 19 Jan
