The document discusses graphs showing the number of train passengers from 2000 to 2009 and the proportion of trains running on time over the same period. The number of passengers fluctuated around 40 million before peaking at 46 million in 2005 and declining to 40 million in 2008. The proportion of trains running on time varied significantly over the period, initially below the target before exceeding it and then dropping below the target again in 2006.

The first line graph illustrates the amount number (amount dùng cho Uncountable

Nouns) of passengers using trains for their demand of moving commuting in the
period between 2000 to and 2009, and the next graph shows the proportion of trains
running on time compared to the target at in the same time scope of time.

Overall, it can be seen that the number of train passengers had an upward movement,
with a slight fluctuation during the progress. The rate of trains running on time is also
unsteady with erratic two periods when it meeting met and exceeded ing the target.

Looking first at the upper graph, people who used trains fluctuated around 40 million
people s during the 3 years from 2000 to 2003 between followed by a dramatic
increase and before hitting the peak at of approximately 46 million s in 2005.
Thereafter, the number of train passengers had a year-on-year decline to 40 millions
people in 2008. It stabilized at around 40 millions million people in the final year
surveyed.

Moving onto the lower graph, the proportion of trains running on time had a huge
change over the period. At first, it was insufficient at 92% compared to the standard
line, before significantly grew to 95% and met the target [year?]. Moreover, the on
time trains rate continued to increase and exceed the target with 96% at the highest
position [year]. It failed to meet the target again when the figures dropped back to the
start in 2006. Two years later, the rates of on time trains recovery and rocketing
recovered and rocketed to approximately 97%, effectively satisfied the requirement..
