Theme of the Quiz: ‘Millennials VS GenZ’

iLeothon hopes to generate the positive spirit in its participants and take them through a competition
which would test the students' competence across areas of general awareness, time management,
managerial and entrepreneurial skills, team management, effective listening, efficient resource
utilization and creativity.

Generation Z has emerged as a population increasingly worthy of attention, especially now as its older
members enter young adulthood. Born after 1995, Generation Zers share a number of characteristics
with Millennials, their formative years have been shaped by a drastically different world, resulting in
key differences in attitudes, tendencies and outlook.

The topic, ‘MILLENNIALS VS GENZ’ has been chosen to make students more observant aware about
their surroundings and understand how much the generation and time has changed over the time.

iLeothon hopes to target as many as 50 schools across the country this year so that more and more
schools could be touched with the Leo spirit.




Format of the Quiz
1 Qualifying round (online)
2 Semi Final Elimination (online)
2 Grand Finale (online)

iLeothon Qualifying Round: -

Qualifying Rounds are MCQ based online rounds. Initial Qualifying Rounds consist of 40 questions from
12 Different Categories. Total time for this round is 15 minutes. Students will get a Quiz Link valid for 4-
6 hours on date as decided by their school management.

Every participant will get a participation certificate in their mail after completing the Qualifying Round.

iLeothon Semi Final Elimination and Final Round: -

From Online Qualifying rounds 16 schools will be selected for Semi Final Elimination Rounds.

The 8 qualifying teams from the Semi-Final (Elimination Round) will play the iLeothon finals, which is a
real test of aptitude, personality, character and management skills. These 8 Finalists will compete for
the winning trophy and the exciting prizes.

Each team for the Semi Final shall comprise of Two School students only, (pre identified by school
management from the list of top ten students participated from that particular school)

Semi Finals and Finals will take place on the same day (online), which will be informed to the schools.
