Logistics company to deliver our product on time.
Any practices that the company engages in with the main goal of earning a profit are
considered key activities. The main key activities of our business is offering clothes and toys
for children under the age of 10. Furthermore, the development and upgradation of mobile
app to deliver the best service, and customer service.

are different risks that can arise in the completion of the project such as lack of availability of
the required information along with business not being able to attract the attention of the
customers.

The relationship will be maintained with the customers through offering different kinds of
offers including discounts along with taking their feedback and making improvements within
the quality of service.
Distribution channels would be used to deliver the product to the customers. As we are
offering an online store, direct selling would be the best suitable distribution channel.

duration. The revenue source of this business is from sale of clothes and toys of children
under 10

If we sell 100 units per week and average price of per unit is $15, then our weekly revenue
will be $1500 and yearly would be $78000.
Slide 15:
Cost Structures are used to find out that when the company reaches to the break-even point

competitive cost strategy where prices will be in accordance with the competitors that exist in
the industry. Cost will be marketing cost, operational and maintenance cost and employees’
salaray

selling price is $15/item. So the break even point will be at $15000. Where the company will
be at the position of no gain or no loss.
