YES O in Action!

It was sunny morning of March 13, 2020 when YES O Officers conducted
another Civic Activity: Clean Up Drive. Since Rizal NHS celebrated its Founding
Anniversary dated March 11 and 12, it is anticipated that surroundings will be
undesirable, full of garbage and trash. The YES O Officers decided to choose
the school gate as venue because it marks the face of the campus and the exit
and entry point is expected to harbour much of the trash. Spearheaded by Ms.
Lilibeth N. Pechon, Teacher II and Ms. Concesa L. Candelario- Lamery; it has
been a successful and meaningful clean up drive.

It’s hundreds of plastics from stalls outside the campus needed to clean.

Used sacks as means to collect garbage. Plastic cups under rocks are
hard to gather.
As the activity goes, officers work hand in hand for accomplishing the task

Afte three hours of cleaning and keeping garbages, let us practice proper

hygiene. Basic handwashing with soap and water will do. Disinfecting with

alcohol follows.
