ABOUT UNIVERSITY
Veer Narmad South Gujarat University is a state government university established on May 23, 1967, in the Surat- diamond
city of India. University is accredited Grade ‘A’ by NAAC in 2017 and 4 Star by GSIRF. The University has 18 Grant-in-aid and
8 self-financed departments and offers 36 PG, 4 UG, and 9 PG Diploma courses along with Ph.D. in various subjects.
More than 4000 students on the University campus and around 2.5 lac students in affiliated institutes, are enrolled every
year. The University is equipped with modern infrastructure facilities and student-centric amenities including, Library,
Central Instrument Facilities, Startup and Innovation Centre, Indoor and Outdoor Sports amenities among others. In the last
5 years, the university has completed more than 35 research projects funded by agencies of National and International
repute and more than 50 foreign students have been enrolled in various programs in the University departments.

ABOUT CONFERENCE
To explore the international research trends in the contemporary pandemic era, the university is organizing a two-day
virtual conference with the broad subject area with specific focus on Emerging Trends in Social Sciences & Allied Areas. The
conference covers the different themes of Social Sciences. Several parallel sessions will be arranged online on thematic
tracks.

Paper Submission Guidelines:
Prospective authors are invited to submit FULL Paper for presentation based on the following format:
• Title, Name of author(s), Organization affiliation / position
• Abstract
• A4 size paper, Times New Roman, 12 point font size, single spacing and 1 inch margin around the page.

• The language of paper may English/Hindi/Gujarati.

Video Conferencing and Oral Presentation
Download Zoom App ([Link]) (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet) and create/Sign-Up in Zoom Account. We will send a meeting
invitation with an embedded video link. You will find the Meeting ID and Password. Verify your camera and audio input and
network connectivity set up before joining the conference call and sharing your screen. Five to Seven minutes presentations
will be allowed to each participant in Gujarati, Hindi and English languages.
Full Paper Publication
Paper selected by the review committee will be published in the Peer Reviewed Journal with ISSN/UGC Care list journal/
Book with ISBN. Participant have to pay applicable publication charges for the full paper publication. Guideline for the
preparation of the full paper is available on conference website.
