A. OBJECTIVE
CLO2 – Generalize the recruitment and selection activities.
B. PROBLEM STATEMENT
1. Next to remaining profitable, hiring talented, dedicated people is arguably the
most important thing you can do for your small business to ensure its
prosperity. Hiring decisions don't come cheaply, either, costing many
employers at least $4,000 per employee. This is a number that can make you
shudder, especially if you multiply it times the number of employees you need
to operate your business (Wroblewski,2018).
2. Each student needs to identify ONE (1) recent article on recruitment, interview
and selection.
3. Read and analyze the article.
Prepare a report as follow: -
a. Table of content
b. Introduction
c. Identify and explain TWO (2) issues in the article.
d. Make TWO (2) recommendations for action you believe a HR/HRD
should follow to deal with the issues address in the article.
e. Conclusion (briefly summarize the key information addressed in the
article).)

have more than five)
