Examine the weather prediction and
alter your itinerary as necessary.

DURING
Trekking, as opposed to hiking, entails
larger distances traveled on foot. The
voyage frequently passes through
difficult terrains like mountains or
jungles.
Because the walk itself can be so
difficult, there is little time for hiking
games. Breaks are typically used to
catch your breath and replenish
supplies of food and water.
Keep to the specified paths.
These paths run through private
properties on a regular basis, for which
permission was granted. These qualities
must be respected.
AFTER
rest, eat nutritious food to regain the
energy consumed on the trek,
disinfect to get rid of germs and
bacteria that can cause illness, drink
plenty of water and most of all, thank
God you came home safely and
your journey is successful
