I am glad to note your answer to our activity. Based on your answer, kindly analyze and
answer the following questions.
1. Which of the pictures in the activity affected you the most?
The picture that affected me the most is “Pandemic”.
2. Can you tell why you were affected with the picture? In what manner did the
picture affect you as a student? a child? a member of the society/nation/country?
The pandemic have given both good and bad effects. The bad impact is that it
affected so many lives, too many lives were taken because of the virus breakout all
over the world. It affected the work/job or careers of every people which is their only
source of food and necessities on a daily basis. Some people also have engage to too
much usage of social media sites and forgot about etiquettes and many fake news
have spread out which cause also miscommunication to the people and the
government. Also, because of the pandemic, many children and students were being

pressured with the adaptation of the education system where only internet and
technology, and the modular learning are the possible way to cope up but some are
just not having the same luck in life that they end up committing suicide because of
pressure. However, there are also good things that happened. Some families were
being intact together after several moments they were busy with careers. Some
unexpected hobbies were showed such as gardening. It also reminded us people to
thank God every time we feel happy and sad. So much for the pandemic, but there
are still happy thoughts that brought us to new beginnings.
3. Do you think students or people from other parts of the globe also experience this
or are also affected by these event/s? Why or why not? Can you cite instances?
Yes, many students and people were devastated about the breakout that started
in Wu Han China. Prior to the spread of virus, the international travels were not taken
down because of complications for business-related negotiations between China and
Philippines. While travelling was opened, the breakout quickly spread in local
transmissions and ended up closing every schools and establishments. In China
Beijing, my mother is in abroad, some of the unlucky domestic helpers were forced to
stay outside of their employer’s house because their employers are afraid they will be
infected as well.
Application
The widespread of the Corona Virus 2019 global pandemic suddenly and quickly hit the
globe and all its global citizens were affected in many ways such as work, health, relationships
and many others. Being an active member of the global society, can you give any suggestions to
help solve the further spread of COVID-19? What should the following members of the global
society do to stop COVID-19? Write your answer on the space provided for.
Unity and strong connection among all the government officials
Serve well and stay healthy to be able to continue helping the people and to
be able to go home alive and kicking
Promote the self-paced learning and minimize the workloads of the students
to avoid pressure especially for those who do not own gadgets and cannot
have access of internet connection
Be responsible on working out with academic workloads. Stay positive in life,
stay at home and stay updated about the current issues.
Be vigilant and follow the minimal instructions when going to church. Wear a
mask, face shield, sanitize, social distancing and follow the 50% population
inside the church premises.
