1 Motivation for the study

We confronting a major issue at the season of my sister wedding. I am searching for a


decent spot. When I find on web, I discover nothing at the occasion focuses area and
telephone number. Around then, making this site application genuine. It is Unique and
incredibly valuable for everybody.

1.2 Statement of the Problem

Event involves bringing people together within a time frame in a particular place. The major
problem of the current system is that, it does not provide up-to-date status and accurate data
regarding each event and how information about the event is been communicated. The
problem is people forgetting about the event date or time because there is no proper
documentation about the event. Sometimes the purpose of the event is not well sent out so
lack of preparation for such meeting occurs. Also, in the existing system, it is very difficult
to maintain records especially during festive periods which can results to clashes in events
and venues. This sometimes leads to congestion of event, and most events has been
terminated or conducted lately because of lack of venue or clashes. The current system is
very tedious and not user-friendly as all works are carried out manually. Another setback
of the current system is that, it has high cost as all activities are carried out manually.
Sometimes, there’s risk in travels since clients have to go to the company office to schedule,
book, and organize event. It is in this light that this project seeks to develop a system that
will provide solution to these problems stated above.
