REFLECTION

I have learned so much during the report on motor learning case studies. I can honestly
claim that I can use it in future with everything I have learned. What I learnt was words about the
body and how it operates, including replication, attention, feedback, and repetition. Each person
has several motor skills or capabilities that are directly relevant to motor skill performance. Each
motor ability requires a certain motor ability to operate well. Motor skills might be described as
intrinsic and sustainable. However, repetition can acquire and strengthen motor abilities. The
first feature of motor learning is that a process is needed to change the ability to do well. The
second feature of motor learning is that it needs to take place directly through practice. Motor
learning's third property is that it cannot be immediately observed. Only long-term performance
changes can be taken for granted. To grasp the connections between the anatomy of a dancer and
the performance of movements, dance instructors need grasp human anatomy and motive
learning ideas. Using scientific techniques, dancers can speed their learner advances, especially
for difficult and tough moves, which involve precise coordination between multiple dancers,
split-second jumping and turning times and great movement body kinematics. Since dancing is
seen as process-oriented motor skills, dancers cannot watch their own motions in practice or
performance and so must rely on the correct feedback of their instructors to learn how well they
advance. Learning cannot take place without this external feedback. So, the learning progress
would be considerably impaired if a teacher cannot grasp the key structures of certain motor skill
routines. Dancing teachers should better comprehend and appropriately teach skill transitions the
important components of dances routines. Other ways, such as the requirement for students to
explain accurate engine skill structures or to differentiate between right or wrong examples of
motor skill, may also be used to test their grasp of ideas of motor skill.
