This radiographic testing risk assessment document contains: 1) A risk matrix used to evaluate hazards and their consequences in terms of severity and likelihood of occurrence. 2) A table listing the job steps, associated hazards, potential consequences, initial risk analysis without controls, required control measures, and risk analysis with controls implemented. 3) For each job step, the hazards, consequences, initial risk level, required controls, and residual risk level with controls are detailed. The overall risk levels are deemed trivial/tolerable with controls in place.
