For Video Advertisement:
• Straight Announcement- The oldest type of radio or television commercial in which an announcer delivers a sales
message directly into the microphone or on-camera or does so off-screen while a slide or film is shown on-screen.
• Presenter- an effective way to present information and engage with your audience, using a spokesperson. This type of
video can help you create a personal connection with your audience and therefore, also enhance your brand.
• Testimonial- The usage of a written or video recommendation from a customer, often extolling the benefits of a
product or service, to draw attention to it in a public medium in order to promote sales or conversion.
• Musical- With television advertisements costing a fortune to air per minute, the need to showcase something effective
is key, and these stunning musical commercials are some great examples of cleverly thought-out advertising.
• Problem-Solution- A advertisement that focuses on a consumer problem and offers a solution to the problem. For
example, a problem-solution advertisement for a sunburn relief product will remind consumers of the problem of
sunburn pain and promote its product as offering a fast, safe, and soothing solution to this pain.
For Print Advertisement:
• Poster-style format- a large print, ad or decoration that can be displayed or hung on the wall. A large print showing the
name of a movie and an enticing picture to try to get you to come to the movie is an example of a movie poster. ... An
advertisement to be posted on a pole, wall etc. to advertise something.
• Mondrian Grid Layout- Mondrian layout refers to the forms: square, landscape or portrait, where every field is parallel
to the presentation field and loads the image in order to form a composition that is conceptual.
• Circus Layout- Circus Layout doesn't imply standard layout. It refers to the irregular composition of elements.
• Picture Frame Layout- is designed to block out an area on the screen to display a single item.
• Copy-Heavy Format- "A layout that usually puts its elements into formal balance"
• Montage Layout- is an assembly of images that relate to each other in some way to create a single work or part of a
work of art.
• Combo Layout- possible where an item is being made in different types and sizes. In such cases machinery is arranged
in a process layout but the process grouping (a group of number of similar machines) is then arranged in a sequence to
manufacture various types and sizes of products.
