The Management Plan
A management plan describes how an organization or business is run.
Entrepreneurship versus Management
An entrepreneur is focused on new business venture whereas the main focus
of management is to manage the on-going operation. Ownership of an organization

stays with entrepreneur whereas management is an employee of the organization.
Management Expertise
Management is the process of dealing with or controlling things or people.
Expertise is consensually defined as elite, peak, or exceptionally high levels of
performance on a particular task or within a given domain.
Managerial expertise is the attainment of having master managers throughout the
organization.
