A : okay, before we start make sure that all of you have the copy of the meeting agenda. Our purpose of
the meeting today is to discuss about new market, because as you know our sale keep increasing every
day from January 2021 until November. So I think it will be good if we could our market, what do you
think about it?

D : Good job team, I didn't think we could achieve this in such a short time.

C : Before our meeting starts, I want to say congartatulation to us *woooo, applause*. Let's achieve
more targets for our products team. Okay enough, now go back to the topic.

B : I think we should expand our market plan into overseas so that we can get more customers and can
make a lot of money.

E : Wowww… that’s really nice but if we will expand our market to overseas, which country should we
export our product?

C: From my point of view, we might export our product into some countries in Europe such as England,
Italy, or Germany, in other areas like Australia or New Zealand. Moreover,it would be great if we can
export our product into some Asian countries such as China,Korea,or Japan.

D : That’s really nice idea to import our product to US or European countries like UK because as we know
that are being crazy about tan skin. But for Asian countries like China, Korea,or Japan I don’t think so
because they want to have white skin. If we export or expand our market there, we won’t get a lot of
profit. Moreover, they strongly believe in their culture that they should have white skin. It will bring you
good luck.

E,A,B : Hmm I think so.

A : okay we will move to market target, as you know our market is only focus on 30 – 30 years old ages
women. So we looking for new market target?

E : Yeahh I think out old target market around 30 – 40 years old, it’s okay. However, we should focus
more on the younger are around 17 – 22 yeaars old, because the trend of tan skin is becoming more
popular than before. Most of people always think that tan skin is very attractive to other people.

B : Okay, I really like your idea like we will focus on the old customer and looking for the new customer
target. But I’m not sure that the young age like 17 – 22 do they have money to buy our products
because as we know our product is quite luxury.

D : So, we should put our product in the mass market in which we can set a price in different levels low,
middle, and high prices. Moreover to attract a new younger customer, we also should set a price be
cheaper for those who are students and those who are workers that receive an average income or
lower. To do so , I think we would gain more profit and growth of our company

A : Okay that good idea.

A : Okay, that really nice ideas. Who should be the next Ambassador? Because our market will expand to
international, So I would like to know who should be our brand ambassador.

C : In my Opinion I think Rihana because she has brown skin tone, she is very famous and has many
fans,so I think is the best PR technique to make our product famous.

A : Absolutely agree! Yeah, because she have tan skin and she is very famous. Therefore, she has a lot of
fans and maybe her fans will crazy about our product.

B : For me I suggest Taylor swift because she is a famous singer, and she can create a brand image for
our product. That’s why I choose her to be a next ambassador.

C : Taylor Swift is also okay, but the problem is we’re selling tan skin, so our brand ambassador should
have tan skin. Taylor swift quite popular but she doesn’t have brown skin to show brand image of our
product.

E : For me I Choose Kylie Jenner, Since she is well known among teenagers and has lots of followers on
her Instagram. So I think her influence can draw the youngers to try our products.

A : That’s really nice point too because Kylie Jenner is the idol of the young age. Anyone else?

D : For me, I suggest for a guy, I think of Zac Efron as his image is a healthy sport man, so he suits our
product best.

B : Woww that’s really nice ide because I don’t have in my mind the guy can be the presenter of the tan
skin.

A : We have three persons in our mind. Zac Efron, Kylie Jenner, and Rihanna. We will talk about this in
the next meeting. Okay we come to the last part. Before that could tell me if we go beyond that 10
minutes?

C : Okay

A : As you know we will introduce our product to new market, which promotion that we can grab our
customer attention?

E : In my opinion we just expand to the new target market, so we should give a sample product to
people who buy our product. Moreover giving a 20 percent of discount to people who buy more than Rp
500.000.

B : I agree with you that we will give the sample product as a small package, but I don’t agree with 20
percent discount because it will cost a lot of to our company.

D: Excuse me I think we have to finish this topic soon as we have just 15 minutes before the meeting
ends.

A : Okay, I would like Miss C To sum up what we agree or disagree with this meeting to make the clearly
understanding to all of us.
C : So we’ve talking about exporting our product to new countries (The US, England, Australia,and
Philipines), as for the target market, normally , we focus on working aged, but now we try to focus on te
new group which is teenager, now we will also change our premium product to mass product because
mass market is easy for us to get into it , and we will set our price cheaper than before, So the next
ambassador for our new market will be considered in the next meeting, Finally our new promotion is
that we would give product example and voucher for customers. .
