Employee Module - The module shall capture the following:
a. Demographic data of an employee shall include useful information such
as, but not limited to, name, sex, position, division, unit, number of years
in the organization.
b. Input educational background and nature of work.
c. Seminars and training attended such as sponsor and seminars/training
days.
d. It also allows the user to accomplish the Competency Assessment Form.
e. Create/Generate/Print Individual Development Plan (IDP)
f. Upload training materials
g. Customize training Design
h. Upload scanned copy of documents (certificate, approved request, if any,
