My name is __________. I have a quick question about the property at 33 S 79th Way
in Mesa, are you the owner?

Seller: YES

VA: Great! Katherine, my partner and I are local investors in the area/ we work
with Local Investors.

We are looking to buy a property in Mesa and we just wanted to get on a quick call
with you to know if you were interested in selling your property.

Seller says: Yes! Okay. I am selling home.

VA: I am happy to hear you are looking to sell, so can you tell me:

***Are there any Minor Repairs that need to be made?
