A RESOLUTION SETTING THE FINANCIAL AID/CONTRIBUTION OF EVERY


BARANGAY TO LIGA NG MGA BARAGAY – CAMILING CHAPTER TO 1.5% OF
THE BARANGAY FINA INTERNAL REVENUE ALLOTMENT (IRA) OF EACH YEAR)

WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 1c of the 2010 Constitution and By-Laws of the
Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas, the Liga in al levels may derive funds through
contributions, donations, grants and other forms of aid fro, local government units;

WHEREAS, as stated om page21, number 46 of the Primer on Barangay


Budgeting 2001, the Barangay can set aside in their budget a certain amount for
contributions or any fees that may be requested by the Liga ng mga Barangay;

WHEREAS, the aid/contribution to Liga will be used for the operation of Liga
Office and for the salaries of staffs;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Punong Barangay ____________________,


of Barangay ____________________, duly second by Punong Barangay
____________________, of Barangay ____________________,it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by this body to set the aid/contribution of


each Barangay to Liga ng mga Barangay – Camiling Chapter to 1.5% of the Barangay
Final IRA of each year;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnish the Office of the
Municipal Accountant, Municipal Budget, and other all concerned offices for their
information and appropriate action.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing resolution which was duly
adopted and approved by the Liga ng mga Barangay – Camiling Chapter during its
regular meeting held on ________________________, 2018.
