PROGRAM DESIGN
I. RATIONALE:
Financial reports, paper works, documents and other files, Sangguniang
Kabataan should have their own laptop and printer. Doing projects and
documents is quite challenging especially when we don’t have one, we
borrow from a friend or ask a favor to someone who has a laptop and
printer just to be able to finish and pass certain documents. Having a
laptop that belongs to the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Agkilo will be a
great freedom and convenient. It will be relevant for years especially when
we will buy a good one. And the youth of brgy. Agkilo is very open to use
the printer and laptop for their educational purposes.
These project will allocate a fund from EQUITABLE ACCESS TO QUALITY
EDUCATION (E-Library, purchase of laptop and printer)
II. OBJECTIVES:
This Project aims to:
1. Have the SK of Brgy. Agkilo their own laptop and printer;
2. Youth of Brgy. Agkilo can print their school related documents;
3. Have a proper storage of files and documents of the SK brgy. Agkilo.
BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS: Php 70,000.00 (Equitable Access to Quality
Education)

IV. EXPECTED RESULT
After this project the SK of Brgy. Agkilo will have convenience and when it comes
to doing the files and documents, and the youth of Brgy. Agkilo will be able to use
the laptop and printer for their educational purposes.
