Lesson 17: The Farmer's Day

1) Helen visited her new school friend Harry on his family's farm last month. She saw cows and other animals and remembered Puppy, their black and white sheepdog. 2) One morning, William realized some sheep were missing from the west field. He called for Harry and Helen to help find them on his tractor, with Puppy riding along. Suddenly, Puppy got excited and led them to the sheep. 3) Puppy worked hard that day herding the sheep back to the field. William praised him for a job well done, though Puppy still had energy left to eat some cookies afterward.
