The circular from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University's Office of the Registrar requires all students aged 18 and older to submit their COVID-19 vaccination certificate through the university's online portal by October 31, 2021. After this date, non-vaccinated students will not be allowed on campus. CIRCULAR
URGENT: Submit Your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

As per NCOC’s directives and HEC guidelines, owing to COVID-19, and with
reference to the Circular issued from the Office of the Registrar on September
20, 2021, all students aged 18 years and above were required to get
Vaccinated and submit the Vaccination Certificate by October 1, 2021. In this
regard, all students (whether previously submitted or not) are strictly advised
to submit their Vaccination Certificate though their MAJUOnline portal by
October 31, 2021. After October 31, 2021, the entry of non-vaccinated
students will not be allowed in the University’s premises.

2. Only Nadra Vaccination Certificate will be considered a proof of


vaccination.

3. Please do not use email to submit your COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

4. Please only upload files in PDF or JPEG formats.

5. Make sure your certificate is clear and readable else it will not be
considered, resulting in a possible hold on your portal.

6. Online forms submitted without certificate will be considered incomplete,


resulting in a possible hold on your portal.

7. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority of MAJU.
